Your privacy

As part of our commitment to you, our travellers, we’ve got to clarify what information we’ve got locked in our super safe, underwater vault in the Mariana trench.

This transparency is asked for by the new European data protection law called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that has gone into effect from May 25th.

Besides your email address, all information that we have on you, is what you give us.
If you do the right thing and book a well deserved holiday we will require the following information *

• Your email address

• The full names of ALL travellers (as on birth-certificates/passports)

• Your cellphone number

• Your date of birth

• Your Flight & travel document details (incl. copies of passports, visas, travel times etc.)

• Your Residential Address

Here’s the deal:

We only keep your information so that we can communicate with you and assist in booking your charter. All the information we gather is REQUIRED in order to confirm bookings. All information is treated confidentially and is only shared with the charter agency through which your charter is being booked.

Well, maybe a Happy Birthday email as well…

We do not give your information to anyone else, and NEVER will. So, we are GDPR compliant.
Lastly…  if there’s anything you don’t agree with, you just simply click the unsubscribe button below or on any of our emails – and you will never hear from us again.
Which would be pretty sad actually.

Now that all the important, formal stuff is out the way, let’s get back to sailing.
